下面4个步骤帮了我很大忙来平衡内在能量,这4个步骤实际上真的帮助我减轻了小我所遭受的强烈痛苦……我相信一旦你掌握了这4个步骤的智慧,然后练习它们,你将能够完全摆脱这3D世界。
It took 4 steps that helped me a lot to balance my inner energies and these four steps actually really worked for me to reduce intense pain that my ego self was suffering...I believe once you get the wisdom of these 4 steps and then practise them you will be able to detach completely from 3D world.
你需要做的第一件事就是通过“选择不作反应”来瓦解你的小我。如你所知,一旦我们经历灵魂的黑夜期之后,我们的小我就会自动消失。小我为了生存而抵抗,结果我们比平常更容易被一触即发,因为我们的敏感度提高了。你需要明白,如果你选择对引发你情绪的导火索或外部环境不作反应,你的小我将很容易会被瓦解,所以你不需要做出反应。实际上那些伤害你的人是最伟大的,因为他们甘愿扮演负面的角色来帮助我们扬升。如果你继续对所有的导火索做出反应,那么你会遭受更多痛苦。
First thing that you need is to let your ego dissolved by opting an approach of non reaction...As you know, once when we go through the phase of dark night , our ego automatically starts to dissolve, and ego for its survival resist and as a result we get more triggered than usual because of heightening of our sensitivity. You need to understand that your ego will easily be dissolved if you opt an approach of non reaction to the triggers that arise you or outside in your environment, you do not need to react. Actually those hurt you are the greatest because they would play a negative role to help us ascend. If you will keep reacting all the triggers then you will suffer a lot of pain.
如果你理解你将不在这个3 D世界轮回,你需要提升当下的3 D意识,那么你还需要理解你不再适合这个3 D世界了。所以请立即停止对伤害你的导火索作出反应。(当我们在灵魂层面上想要瓦解小我时,我们就不能为了生存而进入小我的圈套)。
If you understand you no more belong to this 3D world and you need to ascend this 3D consciousness then you also need to understand you don’t need to fit in this 3D world anymore .So immediately stop reacting to the triggers that hurt your ego(when we on our soul level want to dissolve our ego ,then we must not get into the trick of our ego to survive).
如果你让这些导火索的触发因素影响到你,你会对它们做出反应,那么请记住,你是在与你内在的更高力量抗争,只是为了停留在你较低的意识中……就如黄油碰到火会着,你可以选择远离火源,以避免你潜伏的弱点被火源一一发掘出来点燃!
If you let triggers affect you and you also react to those triggers then remember you are fighting and resisting an inner higher power just to remain stuck in lower consciousness....Just as butter burns when it hits a fire, you can choose to stay away from the fire so as not to be unearthed your latent weaknesses.
你需要做的第二件事是通过“选择不评判”来超越二元性。你必须放下自己的立场,避免把人、事、境划分为“善”或“恶”来满足小我。
Second thing that you need to do is to transcend the duality by opting the approach of being nonjudgmental. You need to stop your mind taking sides. It’s very bad habit of our mind to feed our ego by dividing people things circumstance as evil or good...
记住,认为别人是坏人而自己是好人,是再次滋养小我,帮助小我把意识困在3D中……请超越小我制造的善恶区分,视来到这个世界的人处在灵性学习的不同阶段。停止评判别人,并且让自己从被评判的恐惧中解脱出来!(哦!我35岁了,他们会疑惑我怎么还没结婚?不管你是18岁还是35岁,不要让你的幸福被别人的想法所影响)。
Remember one thing by considering someone evil and yourself good , you are again feeding your ego and helping ego to keep your consciousness stuck in 3D...Please rise above this ego made division of good and evil, just accept things as they occur in nature and regard everyone learn lessons at his/her own stage in this world . Stop judging others and free yourself from the fear of being judged!( Oh! I’m 35 and not married what people would think. They would think in anyway either you are 18 or 35 . Don’t let your well being get affected by their thoughts).
内在清理工作的第三点:停止心意的喋喋不休,临在当下。它将帮助你避免消极的念头和触景伤情,如果你无法停止,你将永远体验不到与神意识相连接的心意平和........
3rd, in the list of my inner work is to stop your mind chatter by opting approach of living in the present or in the moment with the help of all your five senses....stay alert and aware of your present moment...It will help you prevent thinking negative and making scenarios that trigger you from the inside.If you won’t be able to stop your inner chatter, you will never experience that inner stillness where we unite with god consciousness...
最后,你需要练习爱自己,爱自己不仅仅是照顾你的身体,购物或做一些美容。记住!爱自己=照顾好你的身体+照顾好你的灵魂。
Finally you need to practise self love and self love isn’t only taking care of your body or go to shopping or do some beauty treatments.REMEMBER THAT! Self love= taking care of your body+taking care of your soul.
试着保持你的身体健康,仪容端庄得体。做瑜伽,吃健康的食物,穿舒适的衣服。爱自己的另一个主要方面是照顾你的灵魂,不要试图抑制你内心的声音,让它来引导你,否则你永远不会快乐!另一个风险是,当这种内在的指引声变得越来越响亮到一定程度,你还是没听到,它就会停止指引你……如果你觉得你是在全心全意地做一件事,但又是在勉强自己,就需要停下来。你需要知道哪里说“不”,哪里说“是”,哪里前行,哪里后退。
Try to keep your body fit , do yoga, eat healthy, take beauty treatment and wear comfortable clothes.And another major part of self love is to take care of your soul, don’t ever try to curb your inner voice, Let it guide you. If you will go against it , you will never be happy and another risk is this inner guidance will start getting louder and louder and at a point where it still remains unheard it will stop guiding you...If you feel you are doing a thing with all your heart but forcing on you, you need to stop doing it. You need to know that where say No and where say Yes, and where to go ahead and where to step back.
冥想是自然而然发生的,但如果你只是因为觉得有必要这样做,那就不是冥想。我并不反对冥想,我只是说让它自然地发生……一旦我强迫自己打坐,就会发现这让我更不舒服。然后一段时间后,当我克服这些念头并自然地进入冥想,感觉就像是我的灵魂/内在的能量让我打坐冥想。我可以打坐最久达4个小时,完后睁开眼睛,感觉我才只是坐了10分钟…
Mediate if it comes naturally to you, but if you do it just because you think you need to do it, It’s not meditation. Then I’m not against meditation, I’m just saying , Let it come naturally to you...Once I used to force myself to sit for it and I found it made me more uncomfortable then after some time when I worked on my triggers well, I felt it started coming to me naturally, It felt like my soul made me sit to meditate and it still happens sometimes I just wake up from my sleep and I feel some inner energy makes me sit to meditate ,the longest, I could sit was 4 hours and when I opened my eyes, It felt I only sat for hardly 10 minutes...
我从来没有见过比神更仁慈的,除了做所有内在的工作外,最重要的就是向神祈祷!
I have never seen anything more kind than God, along with doing all the inner work, most important part is to pray God.
